Aptly named, the Essentials Gift Collection contains the foundation of Italian Cuisine. The star of the show is Olio Don Luigi. A one litre bottle of this robust and flavorful first cold pressed, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil from Sicily. It's fragrance, taste and color all add up to make this special olive oil truly great. Next we add a bottle of aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Just a few drops are sufficient to give that special flavor to fish, meats, game, vegetables, ice cream or fruit. Lastly, we include a sack of Italian sea salt. These unground raw crystals are harvested by hand and manually selected. Grind them directly on your dishes, exploiting all the richness of the taste captured in these large salt crystals.
